Just came across the Strange Maps blog, which is quasi self explanatory – they feature all kinds of maps that range from the abstract, to the historical, to the just plain odd. Below is one I liked – a graphical representation of how far global television signals have traveled. To think – life forms near the Vega star system have not yet experienced the joy that is Seinfeld (although they were featured in Contact).
